IVS 4

                                           Psa 111:10  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

        I think there are a few different ways of fear. There's the fear of what others think about us (do they like me, am I fitting in?) And there's the scared fear, the fear when someone jumps out and grabs you, this fear usually only last for a short time. But the fear of the Lord is totally different its not a short scare nor is it a scare that we want to fit in. With us being adopted by God we fit in with God. The fear of God is a respectable fear, it's a understanding fear. And we are told in this verse that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. To see wisdom we have to fear God.
