Jas 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all menliberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

wisdom from God is different from worldly wisdom. Wisdom from the world brags, it boast, and shows off. That wisdom isn't from God but the wisdom from God. 

Mat 7:7  Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:                    

Through out the Bible we constantly see this theme. That theme is ask God. He wants to give us His wonderful blessing. and wisdom is just one of the wonderful things God want to give us. So if we ask and keep on asking and keep on seeking God he will give wisdom and many other things to us. Let me encourage you to keep on asking God and keep on seeking him.
